The villa is light and airy and well presented over two floors, with accommodation both inside and out for flexible living. It is well furnished with all the facilities and household gadgets you would expect in a family home. The living area and bedrooms have independent air conditioning units and ceiling fans; outside there are retractable canopies, for extra shade, as well as a fan over the patio so you can stay cool, even when its hot outside. We also provide an electronic safe deposit box for securing your valuables during your stay.
Downstairs Upstairs
Downstairs, is largely open-plan and features a number of functional areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, crockery, glassware and cutlery. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, with table, chairs and a useful desk. The lounge has a sofa and arm chairs, cable TV, a DVD player (USA standard - NTSC) and in addition a radio/CD player.
There is a separate, bathroom with W.C. sink and storage area. There is also a small garage that is used as a utility room with washing machine, clothes drying racks, ironing board, shoe rack, sun-beds, and space for storing your beach/holiday gear.
Sliding doors, (with separate, optional, mosquito screens), lead from the lounge to the spacious and recently replaced (see picture below) patio area and deck, where there is a table and chairs for al fresco dining and entertaining.
Steps from the deck lead to the private dock and mooring (pontoon with cleats at both ends approximately 25 ft long, additional pile for longer boats situated in water beyond the end of the pontoon – see photos in gallery)
