Villa 250B is rented on a weekly basis. Longer term rentals, availability permitting, are possible. Our prices vary according to the season, and the duration of your stay. Prices available on application.

Bookings are typically Saturday to Saturday (although we are flexible on this if the villa’s availability accommodates this). A deposit is required to secure your booking.

The villa is fully furnished, including all bedding, towels and drying cloths (please bring your own beach towels).

We also have access to a privately owned golf buggy, at very low rates, that is available for weekly rental during your stay, for traveling around Jolly Harbour (and of course for golf!) should you require it.

Check our Availability Calendar, to make sure the villa is unoccupied for the dates you would like to book. Please contact us for confirmation of availability and pricing. Once confirmed, our local agent will then manage your booking

Our agent in Antigua will process and handle your booking. This provides our guests with more flexible payment options (e.g. the ability to pay by credit card should you wish). Our agent provides a professional contact point in the resort to welcome you, provide you with keys and introduce you to the villa and Jolly Harbour itself and also to help you in the unlikely event that any problems arise.

Please note that the villa is nonsmoking and no pets are permitted.
